As being chosen as the delegator, you also now earn the right to win an exemption. To win the exemption, you have to guess correctly among the 3 players for each team, who do you think will score the highest for each of the 3 teams? if you get all the 3 players correct, you will earn an exemption and no money will be taken out from the pot.
